In 2021, Glencairn celebrated it’s 40th Birthday. To mark the special year the team at Glencairn Crystal released fascinating ‘behind the scenes’ decanter stories from the four decades and showcased their decanter projects which truly ‘capture the spirit’ of what their talented craftspeople have achieved over the last 40 years including a podcast featuring interviews with key figures in the whisky industry involved in the projects.

Glencairn Crystal are proud sponsors of both the Bloody Scotland debut crime book of the year and the Mcilvanney Scottish crime book of the year. Both of the prestigious literary prizes were awarded as part of the annual Bloody Scotland International Crime Writing Festival.
Based in Stirling, Bloody Scotland has brought hundreds of crime writers – new and established – to the stage along with enthusiastic festival attendees since 2012.
