Having produced the decanter set, exclusively created for a limited run of 150 bottles of the classic Drambuie liquer blended with 45-year-old Single Malt Whisky, Glencairn were asked to create a glass to compliment the decanter. We crafted a replica of the Jacobite Amen Glass, modelled exactly on the surviving example from the National Museum of Scotland. This special glass was produced by hand in crystal with the air-twist stem replicated as closely as possible, along with the painful recreation of the fine hand carved artwork of the original, by our founding artist, Jim Drysdale. Our master engravers then hand detailed each one to make a prefect recreation of the original glass.
